For those who don’t already know, the Pearce Cycles team are hosting a weekend’s racing in aid of the Air Ambulance and Jason Brennan (A DH rider seriously injured & left paralysed earlier this year). Knowing the Pearce team, it should be a good natured, relaxed and well organised event.

The DH on Saturday is also the Midlands Champs but should still be a laugh – I’ve done some of the Pearce DH races and am no DH demon!

The Enduro is Sunday and takes in some of the DH tracks, some of the Hopton Red XC route and some freshly dug stuff.

Just the Sunday for me and can’t wait, my first gravity enduro!

I look forward to starting a ‘What tyre thread…” in due course.

I’m only doing the Sunday on account of my DH bike being a bit sick. I’ll be up there supporting a few of the others on Saturday though – should be a good weekend I reckon.

Edit – Oops! Just spotted the thread on this from last week. Ah well, it’s all for a good cause so forgive me for repeating 🙂
