I have some of the old MK1 vision 2s, which are fine for most of my riding, but they are starting to look pretty weak compared to most of my riding mates' lights and I end up riding in my own shadow quite a bit. They're being repaired currently, so I'm considering getting a Hope 4 LED as I've seen them cheap in various places. If I was going to, I'd probably put the 2 LED on my lid, but it's a very floody beam. Is it easy enough to change the optics for something a with a bit more of a spot pattern? Or is there any way that I can completely upgrade the LEDs and the optics at the same time?

LED_tech.de do them. I seem to remember they are the Carclo 20mm lenses, just under 2 euro each

Cheers ben, they're with Hop, so i'm seeing what they can do while they have them, but it looks easy enough should that not work out.
