If so, is the down tube clearance OK with the lockout lever on the fork crown?
The lockout lever/floodgate adjustment seems to be quite tall on the 2011 Reba.

don't know if things have changed in 2011, but I've never had any issues with my 2010 reba team u-turn and 16" scandal
edit both 29ers of course

I have the new 2011 Rebas RTL on a 16" 29er Scandal and no problems!
