As per the title, i'm sick of getting changed at the back of the car after night rides and can't see a bleedin' thing.
Anyone recommend a lamp / lantern - battery or cigarette lighter, preferably something i can hang up from the hatchback?
Cheers!

put ignition on and put into reverse and use the cars reversing lights
Or the light on your bars...
The one on your bike?
Edit: too slow!
I find a head torch is perfect for such occasions. Alpkit do a cheap one, though I much prefer my Princeton Tec EOS.
Which is way too focused and blinds me if i look directly at it!
Mentioned this last night after a ride and everyone else has the same problem. It's bad enough trying to get changed in a dogging hotspot in this weather without struggling to find me grundies in the boot!
How about one of these then,
That looks more like it! Any more for any more?
If you're determined to spend money then maybe:
ebay item number: 200660816224
Sorry direct link doesnt work.
£15. I used it in a campervan. Long lead so gets used for all sorts of stuff. A flouro tube- proper bright, wont run your battery down. There are probably better led versions.

an invertor, plug into cigarette lighter socket
and any low energy bulb in a lamp holder.
I use a task light,a d tube light, in a plastic case, about a tenner.

Bit of a long shot but if you got Exposure lights try;
http://www.exposurelights.com/product/000061/beacon-diffuser-cover/
I use on on the joystick when camping, very good for a cheap little add on, got one comeing with the Max D,
They also easy to carry out on the ride incase you need light to fix a mechanical.
Bloody hell! I do have Exposure lights (Six Pack and a Joystick)and didn't know they did the beacons - will get one on order. Shame they dont do one to fit the six pack though!
Cheers MTB Rob!
