    I’m occasionally getting a trapped nerve, muscle spasm type pain top of hip at the back on the right that is putting me on the floor

    anyone used a physio in New Mills or the surrounding area that they can recommend?

    There’s a physio practice on Fountain Square in Disley. Been a couple of times, seemed pretty good.
