My bladder has developed a small split in the rubber between the edge seam and the large round filling hole. At around £25 to replace I’d like to try to fix it but there isn’t enough space to use a puncture repair patch and the rubber is very smooth – can anyone suggest a repair that isn’t just going to peel away after a couple of rides? Thanks!

Depends how big the holeis. I used a blob of superglue. Worked fine but the hole was small.

In answer to my own question, I found a tube of LS-X in the garage which was ideal:

    [*]Never sets rock hard[/*]
[*]Does not shrink or crack with age[/*]
[*]Suitable for use from below freezing point to above boiling point of water[/*]
[*]Completely safe to use with drinking water[/*]
    [/list]
