Purely hypothetical…;O)

A friend is looking to buy a new bike on C2W scheme using his £1k voucher. If he was to spend £2.5K because the shop let him add to it, what would the final payment be to his employer?

Would it be a value based on £1K or would they know that the bike bought was considerably more?

Can anyone help my friend? 🙂

The value will be based on the full retail of the bike, in this instance he will have a large final payment.

Depends how the shop invoice the company. They can invoice the company for 1k, get paid 1k by the company and your mate pays them the rest.

Simple.

Its based on what the employer has paid for the bike as it is their asset.
