Not happy.... Really not happy.
Got a text message from the con-artists at British gas saying "Thanks very much, we've screwed you to the tune of £80 this for this month. Please pay now or we'll kill your first born and cremate your pets and add the cost of the fuel to your bill". (I might be paraphrasing, but you get the idea....)
So I panic a little a bit thinking I'll have to go without food and ladies and gents of the night this month to pay, and wondering how in all that his noodelieness the flying spaghetti monster holds holy have I used that much gas!
Eventually get onto a computer to check my bill online, and discover it's a much more reasonable £20.
So having crapped myself all morning wondering how I've used so much gas with no heating on, very poor personal hygeine and no gas cooker, I decide to call customer services to whinge and complain, and all I get is a "Sorry 'bout that, computer error".
Having been on hold for days to speak to speak to someone on the phone, to tell me their computer system is crap, he then tells me that he can't process my payment as that part of the system is fubar too.
Bunch of arse!
You'd think with all the profit they're making at the moment they could "invest" in a decent computer system that doesn't cock up!
