    I'm down in Bristol the rest of the week. Is it worth taking the bike down for an evening ride? Was thinking about Ashton Gate – is the Timberland Trail way marked and where abouts is best to park?

    yep i'd definatley take your bike 🙂

    timberland trails sign posted, and there's a few other routes around ashton court / leigh woods area. well worth it. may be a bit wet, but its suppose to be a good week.

    Evening ride on the Mendips on Thursday if you can get out that far, 6.30ish from a pub in Churchill called The Crown(I think it was).Usually a pretty good ride too.

    Loads of really good trails to ride in the eve. The local club meets up at North road @ 7 pm Thursdays. Its next to Leigh Woods.
