    Thinking of doing this route end of march as a first ride in the Yorkshire Dales. Is it a good one or any other suggestions for a nice all day route, the more techy the better.

    It is a good ride and I try to do it once a year.
    Best done after a reasonable stretch of dry weather. End of March might be too early.
    It is not ‘techy’.
