    hi all,does anyone know at what torque should i use too tighten a hollow tech bb on a carbon frame please ?

    35-50nm for BB IIRC
    Not sure if that changes by frame material though.

    Same as an alloy frame Id imagine…..

    The carbon frame will have an alloy BB shell so whatever torque setting is recommended which for a hollowtech BB is from 35nm to 50nm, prep the threads with coppaslip or another antiseize compound before fitting.
