Trying to give the wife some ideas for Christmas and she’s noticed my trust Troy Lee XCs are falling apart. Wear them all year round apart from when its REALLY cold and the Enduras come out but no idea what to replace them with? Same again? I do like them but they seem to fall apart pretty easy.

Want something that light, full finger and offers a bit of protection maybe this time. Oh, and snot wipe is needed!

Not Giro gloves for a start.

My spesh gloves seem to be lasting well. The troy lee ones I have feel pretty flimsy so I only take them out as spares.

Tried many, many types of gloves and found Dakine to be very good. Reasonably hard wearing, very comfortable and well priced.

+2 Dakine. Using the covert at the mo and also used the cross x – both very good.
