Bontrager Mud X Sizing?

Always run a 2" Mud X on the rear of my Soul but was wondering if anyone had experience of the 1.8"? Any difference? Any point?

I use a 1.8 Mud X on the front of one bike. It was a bu$$er to put on. In fact on another bike is a 1.8 Medusa.

Bu££er to get on.
Especially tubeless!
You'll notice the extra hard nature of the ride & you'll have to run them with a little more psi probably.
Stay with 2.0 IMHO.
