i got one done and was very impressed. I got hardback with the best paper and it was still very good price. Delivery was only about a week too. I will defo use again without question.

I might do one for my 2010 365 project. Not have every single photo, just a few choice highlights from each month.

Aye – very good but customer service sucks big dogs' cox. Just make sure you go for the expensive (middle) postage option (not the super-pricey next day courier though!). This means you get a tracking number so when they lose your book you'll have a leg to stand on. They've denied all knowledge of two of mine now, claiming I had received them and was trying to pull a fast one… Grrr!

But yes, other than that, very good.

Planning one of these myself at the end of the 365 project.

Can you create it automatically from a Flickr set?

Software is ok to use though slow on my (old ish) computer. Allows a decent amount of control over your books.

    Book quality is good.

Print/image quality is ok. Not photo paper good, but ok. I did admittedly blow some grainy 10 mp photos up 10 13×11 inch though!

I've used them, cheap for the quality and good software. Recommended as far as I'm concerned.
