I am aware that there is cyclist specific insurance. But does this cover your bikes or just liabilitys, third party injury etc. Do you have another policy or are they just added onto home insurance.

Thing is if you have a couple of decent bikes it can add up. Especially as i've now got a bit of crush on a road bike as well 😕

I live in a bad area and pay about £300 a year to M&S home insurance to cover my bikes – no daft rules about locks such as those with cycle insurance. Very happy with them and they seem to be the forum choice as well!

3rd party insurance is through my CTC membership.
