I've got bontrager Race XXX lite carbons on my XC race bike, and i'm starting to get pain on the outside of my wrist.

I was thinking some more sweep on the bars would allow my wrists to sit in a more natural position.

Can anyone suggest some bars with more sweep, say, 11deg?

Flats or riser?

Salsa do a 11deg flat in standard and o/s. If that's not enough theres also a 17deg.
