The course is bang on 8 miles with the ferns having been chopped back and the course being tweeked here and there!

Conditions are very good considering the rain but the good news is the weather is going to be great from Sunday onwards, with the cse being in tip top condition for the race.

The course has been blown today, so a nice clear route for you to follow, with alot of ferns cut back, might leave a section to give that Jungle feel!
