Mrssmudger (honest) is keen to get an ice cream maker that doesn’t need the bowl frozen – been there, done that, disappointed.

We are looking at the Cuisinart ice100bcu .

no no no . if your serious you will use liquid nitrogen. which after looking at MrNutt’s beautiful suggestions will also be the cheap option
