Bus DENNIS DART T79 JBA deliberately side swiped me on A6 between 4 lane ends and Chequerbent roundabout near Wesyhoughton (Bolton) about 6:15 this evening
Appauling weather but I did have two flashing rear red lights and flashing blue lghts on my jacket
Only glad I wasn’t injured
Can’t believe the mentality of these ‘drivers’

Call the police too – bus likely to have CCTV

as above make a formal statement to police,and also contact GMPTE, they sponsor some buses to run non commercialy viable services.

Phone the company. Much harder to ignore someone on the end of a phone than an e-mail.

Hang on.. by that logic someone could shoot at you, but if they miss then there’s no crime?

Surely if there’s evidence a crime has been committed (ie attempted gbh/whatever) then they are obliged to do something?
