$1.49 each from the states but there’s postage and then tax, duty and handling fees this end. Or, I could buy them in the uk. £5.66 each +vat plus £6 postage (+vat on that as well).

The guys at igus uk are really helpful, and if you buy a few spares you get them cheaper, 10 bearings cost only £2.22 each. They are big on samples too if you ask. Super.

And lots cheaper when buying in volume – which is what they are set up for really – small qty’s as free samples, large quantities as cheap per unit prices. They aren’t really set up for selling direct to the odd mtb’er who needs some shock inserts.
