   I took the family and we all had a great day! The kids tried Kayaking, Scuba-diving and rock climbing for the first time. I went on the zipline but they were all too scared.

   Bought some gore-tex Salomon hiking shoes for £24, around £70 rrp.

   Great weather too.

   did the adventure race there put on by Dark and White. It was very well organized and a great event. The crowds and the whole 'show' atmosphere certainly added a different element. Wish I'd brought my kids, they would of had a blast. Will take them next year.
