I bought a frame off them in Jaunary, and there was a deal to get free DX pedals. They were out of stock at the time and I was told they would be sent when they had some….. I still don’t have them, and I haven’t had a response to my last few emails. Not sure I can face the necessary phone call………..

I deal with these and have never heard anything but praise for them.

They’re normally pretty good at responding to mails too, however, I know that a few months back they had a server meltdown and as such changed they’re email address, maybe check on their site to see which one you are using?

Also they’re moving into bigger premises as we speak so perhaps that could explain some delays in their response?

I’ve been on a Bikeactive/Orange demo day, didn’t seem dodgy at all and they’re def moving premises at the moment. Give ’em a bell
