    Evening,

Just wondering if there is such a thing.

All I’d like is for it to give me a grid, not bothered about anything else.

Only free ones I’ve seen are lat/long.

Is this down to OS copywriting or something?

    Thanks!

My Tracks is a great app but I don’t think it does OS Grid refs – I think that’s what the OP is after.

Eh? I was trying to be helpful. 🙁

That’s the name of the app it sounds like you want.

Apologies glen! I’m afraid my pedantometer was working overtime, as its had rather a busy day!

That app is EXACTLY what I was after, no need for tracks, logs or mapping. Mixed reviews on the accuracy.. you any experience?

I’ll give a whirl tomorrow and see how it goes. 😮

    Cheers and once again, sorry!

“GPS Status” is the one you want. Go into Settings > Location format and you can choose OS grid reference. It integrates nicely with other useful GPS apps like Rmaps too.
