Congratulations…we had our firsts 20 wk scan yesterday.

Didnt find out what it was but we think its a girl (3 white lines) Im chuffed but a bit scared for my sanity in 16 years.

Freecycle and ebay are now top of my browsing history.

Our lad is 14 months. people say it goes quickly and they grow up fast – they are right. Spend as much time as you can with her and remember every bit of it. Soon she will be a toddler, throwing herself on the floor about 100 times a day and you will wonder where the time went.

In a strange way this thread sort of reminds me how we're all growing up. 10 years ago or so (when this was all fields) we would have a Monday a roll call of the fallen ( nightclub or DH race track) now here we all are congratulating each other over babies. Same names, different lives

I remember the night my first was born. Crazy!!! She's now 18 months old and my wife is 7 months pregnant!!! Nothing can prepare you for it but nothing can give the same rewards….ever.

Evie now points at anyone on a bike and shouts "Daddy"…t'was ammusing for the first few times. Now it's like she has tourettes!!!! Still proud tho!
