    Looks like the bearings are going on my Alfine cranks, but a quick look on CRC etc. only shows complete Alfine cranksets. Would pretty much any Shimano external BBs be compatible- e.g. Tiagra?

    I’d assume it’ll be a 24mm spindle external BB, in which case pretty much anything non-SRAM will be compatible.

    yup, used a bog std shimano replacement for my alfine crank.
