Just because they’re not black/mocha/whatever doesn’t mean to say they aren’t technically an ethnic minority (Ie genetically distinct, speak a different language etc).

Racism is based on ethnicity and ancestry, Xenophobia is based on culture.

Drac, you seem to be claiming that it isn’t possible purely on semantics-a quick google suggests that it is much more of a grey area than you assert.

I thought Xenophobia referred to hating those from a certain country, in this case Wales, whatever the racial origin of those in that country.

I think that few people would make that distinction in everyday real life Drac. If I heard somebody stating that they hated people from Wales, I would presume them to be racist a would many others I’d expect.
