    Hang on, dual boot win7?

That’ll need to be intel then, and have a crap battery life.

Also, windows on a tablet :-S

(windows 8 on the other hand…)

    I dunno, but if you’re spending £200+ just buy an iPad (either a 1 s/h, a 2 refurb or a new 3 depending).

I say that with a tablet that meets all your requirements sat beside me (Asus transformer) and an iPad 3 at home (replaces an iPad 1).

    Gotta be android fella.

I don’t care if the 3G in on board or via dongle. Not massively fussed on dual boot or having ICS installed from new, provided its upgradable easily.

    Why android, out of interest?

I know a silly question, as I have one here, but it’s really so far behind iOS on tablets it’s a joke. I needed one as we use android code at work, so it had to run the same codebase.

FWIW as android tablets go, the transformer is decent. The keyboard is handy sometimes too. Not used it with ICS enough to see if the idle battery life is sorted yet though (it’d die left over the weekend before… same timeframe an iPad would loose, i dunno, 10% max? )
