The owner had a woman from the rabinate (I think thats what it's called) employed specifically to make sure the kitchen remained properly kosher at all times. The rest of the (jewish) staff spent most of their time thinking of ways to circumvent her rulings. On Fridays and Saturdays I used to spend a lot of time lighting other peoples cookers, grills etc to avoid them breaking the "don't make fire" rule! We should be educating these people so they can see its all just make believe. We should not support, encourage or make allowance for any religion.
