Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

My HP did this a while back after a power out.
Plugged the USB cable in – look at it in the browser, unplugged it and all was fine.

My brother printer does this from time to time. I just delete and re- install. Takes a minute or so

We’ve got a wireless Epson printer and it’s exactly the same situation. Connects to the wireless fine but won’t accept any print jobs so we have to use a usb cable. Tried uninstalling the software many times but nothing seems to work.

Ours is like yours and the only reasonable explanation is that it’s haunted.
Some days it works, some days it doesn’t.

MY Epson was the same, had to reconnect to the wifi evert time I switched it on.
Ended up doing an “Office Space” on it. Bought a Canon and it’s great.

So, four months later my printer has started working wirelessly again. Magic!

Mine does it every now and then.
I end checking the printer port and tick one that has 192.168.0.11.
Seems to cure it for a while
