    Couple of us are going for a sea kayak paddle. As part of the prep – does any one have a radio licence? I do but haven’t used it in years so could probably do with a brief on line refresher.
    Mayday protocol – happy
    Channel 16 use – ok
    Phonetic alphabet – Oscar Kilo

    Anyone know of an online vhf offshore refresher?
