So I have some Schwalbe Hans Dampfs 26 inch flavour, which are great tyres, love them

Anyways stupidly left bike in car last week whilst it was really hot and tyre pressured were a little high, inner tube burst and popped true off rim.

I’ve refitted numerous times now, but when spinning wheel looks like it has a really bad buckle, have taken tyre completely off and the wheel is fine, doesn’t have this wobble when no tyre fitted.

Please tell me the tyres not screwed and there’s an easy fix?…

Once a tyre is blown off the rim they rarely fit again as they have stretched the bead.

Would you want to risk it pealing off the rim doing 30mph down a hill? Didn’t think so, junk it and get another and put it down to experience as your safety is worth more than £40. 🙂
