I don't think the headline is particularly bizarre but the story makes for disturbing reading.
Sentencing is ridiculous. Is the judge his mother ?. Kills cat, and alleges it was already injured. Probably as a result of him kicking it, ABH and battery, and gets a suspended sentence. 17 previous.
Judge is under orders not to jail people, so local prison must be full. Cant think any other reason for such a lenient sentence.
What a thoroughly vile, disgusting bag of excrement he is. I don’t want to think about what it’ll take to get him locked up for an extended period of time.
