I would only do the last section, where the path turns left up to the summit if you really want to say you’ve been there, and it’s a clear day for the views. Otherwise, turn there and go back.
It’s a cracking descent, maybe a dozen or so waterbars that you won’t get over, but a belter. When you get back to the fire road at (almost) the bottom, where the wee bench is, don’t carry on down the rest of it, head left, as if toward coire grogain, and look for a wee descent on your right after about a mile, it was marked with a wee pile of stones last time I was there, do that instead.
It’s quite short though, but combine it with the coire grogain loop for a days biking that’s worth the drive.
