    Wicking bike top.
    mrs_oab is a short 5′ / 8 XS – brands like Patagonia, Arcteryx and Rab do good petite sizes – but I am not sure in biking top terms…

    fyi/ot – gf uses Ron Hill aspirations tops a lot (she runs as well but they suit cycling as well) –

    Mavic are worth a try for sizing. Haven’t looked at the range so don’t know if they’re doing blue.
