Indeed yes you can pay online(though do you not need to have/add a RM account ? OR you can go to the sorting office , pick it up and pay in person.

No account needed and you get three choices

1. Pay online and choose a delivery day

2. Put stamps to the value they are asking for on the card and post it back, they will then deliver

3. Take the card and payment to the delivery office and collect it
