When I lived in North London, we had a dealer two doors up. My car used to get done over relatively regularly by their clients, but anything serious went missing you could go and speak to Neville, and he’d get it back for you pretty sharpish. Practically a public service.

I’ve seen the local smack heads neck their methadone in front of a cop & get in the car & drive off. Seen em stopped by the cops on telly when they’re obviously off their heads . & the cops let em on their merry way. One of the local grasses drove his beemer without a licence too. He’d be so wasted that he fell asleep in the car in the car park 🙄. One law for them & all that.
