    Nothing particularly special. On a flat road it’s easy enough if you’ve got high enough gears. I’ve had 50+ mph (so about 80kph) behind trucks on a few occasions but much above 55mph and pedalling ceases to be effective in 53×12.
    I’m guessing that guy must have about a 60T chainring.
