Shimano base cover fixing screws. Y0GV98030

Does anyone know the size screw this is? Didn’t notice that it was loose the other day and now it’s worked it’s way out and lost. 🙁 It’s a small screw with a shoulder on it. managed to find one one the winter bike but need to replace it.

No-one seems to have any stock. It’s part number Y0GV98030. Number 3 on the diagram.

Tiny screw that holds the barmount to the shifter body

May have something at the workshop, will check in the morning as long as I remember.

It’s 14mm long. The thread is M2.5 X 4mm, the shoulder is 4mm X 10mm long.

I had the same happen with an M8000 shifter. Use threadlock on the replacement. You can get screws to the above spec on eBay, but personally I’d just get a close-ish match from SJS Cycles and try that.

SJS is my normal go to but even they are low on stock
