Serious problem : Searching a persons history – Urget action please help

I am not going to give any details as to why but I need to know everything about the criminal history of an individual that I can legally find.

Help me please, we have about 14 hours before something bad will happen.

Unlike so many of my previous posts, this is neither funny or a troll thread. I have tried google, facebook and my space to get some background and need mor ehelp on where to look.
