    Probably a very simple question but…

    LOW on top means BB is at low position and HA is slacker.

    HIGH on top means BB is at high position. and HA is steeper.

    Is that right?

    Bolt/shock attachment on top – low BB, slack HA, as in this image:

    Opps – I forgot to say I’ve got last years model with the shock running parallel to the top tube.

    The slacker setting is the one  that moves the attachment point towards the back of the bike, then.

    Much thanks  – haven’t got the hang of posting images yet.

    That tells me the bike came at the High setting which I’ve been riding on for the last 20 rides. I’ve just changed it to the Low setting and its much better in every way – up and down. Brilliant. But makes me think why Scott bothered with the High setting.

    Yep you got it. Scott handily wrote the words so you dont have to stand on your head to read them when in the relevant position 😉
