Looking for a new AM full sus frame.

My current "new" frame is still sat un-built in it's box after 2 months due to a fault and will now be returned, so I need to replace it.

I'd like something around 150mm travel and up to 1500 quid.

Already discounted the Edit and Aeris for various reasons, so surprise me.

Cheers

Cheers guys. Always fancied a Rune and never had one so will have a look.

I'll check out the rocket and SJ also.

Any others?

Aluminium Bronson. Fastest, most balanced rocket of a bike I've ever owned.

+1 for the Rocket (in true STW style).

Why are the Edit and Aeris discounted? One is boost and one isn't so that can't be the reasoning.

If you can get frame only what about a Nukeproof Mega 275?

I've had my new/old Aeris 1.5 for about 3 months now. Before I got the bike I was a little sceptical about moving to the new longer/slacker geometry. However, I love the Aeris geometry so much that I'm in the process of swapping my hardtail (26" 150mm BFe) to a 27.5 Shan - which promises to be equally slack and long.

I was also initially irritated by the frequent pedal strikes on the Aeris due to the low bottom bracket, but after 3 months, I wouldnt change it - feels incredibly stable on steep descents, but totally chuckable on singletrack.

So, regardless which bike you go for, I'd recommend 27.5, long, slack and low BB. Although that describes a lot of bikes.

I've been looking at the Edit and Aeris...

Oh. Nothing to add then.
