PSA – Hermes name change

A year ago I couldn’t have said a bad thing about the Royal Mail, but it seems a postie’s life isn’t worth living unless he/she follows procedures to the letter, which usually results in my having to visit the depot at 8am, when I should be at college miles away, or even worse, the local post office, which opens at 9.30, but not on saturdays when it’s shut….
Never had a problem with Hermi though!
