    Just the right amounts of rain last week and sun today for a perfect run at Woburn today; sand not too dry, mud not too wet and everywhere really firm and fast. 35 miles, 5 hours, good mates, decent coffee stop – recommend the Italian place in Woburn, anyone else feel glad to be alive on a bike today.

    Yep, 'did' Woburn Sands. Really nice conditions and not too busy. Bit of a headache now so must have been platying in the sun too long:)
