    I have a very lovely RAB down bag which packs down to nothing (which is useful when bike-touring etc!)

    Unfortunatley the zip is knacked. Anyone recommend somewhere I can get it replaced please?

    Not yet they’re not. I called, their automated systems said email. I emailed – they’ve not responed yet & that was 2 days ago.

    They renewed a zip on Mrs S’s bag last year for a similar fee. Real quick turnaround too. Good as new.
