Just got my condor accacio built up and need some help getting the fit on the bike right. I have an old giant road bike, flat bar, and wanted to know what key measuremets i can take to set my new roadie up. eg. Centre crank to top of saddle for seat height.

Need help of setting stem height, seat position, any others?

Hi. I don’t really know what you mean. Surely you could just get on and off and adjust things until it fits?

    good skilz Delstron 😉

Sit on it, go for a ride. if it feels wrong, then adjust it.
really you should have tested it for sizing in the shop, as without buying new parts, there isn’t a lot you can do to adjust it now.
Easiest way to get saddle height is to sit on bike, with your heels on the pedals. if you can spin the pedals without your hips rocking on the saddle them its ok. common mistake for roadies to have their saddles too high and give themselves hamstring strain, through overstretching.

and whatever you do, don’t adjust your bars so the brake hoods are pointing to the skies

Invest in a ‘cycle fit’. This will save you discomfort and injury in the future.
