A mate ordered a bass from Thomann on Dec 31st (I know, why?!).
Anyway it’s showing as despatched, and according to UPS had left Europe…..but…..no-one has any record of it reaching the UK!
He’s been going round and round customer service call centres for a week now. Sounds like it’s getting a tad catch 22:
Thomann – talk to UPS.
UPS – we can’t talk to you as Thomann are our customer. Ring them.
….and so on and so forth.
Oh, apparently he ended up getting though tho one call centre in Germany…
– CS Operative starts talking in German
– my mate ‘sorry, do you speak English.’
– CS operative ‘no sorry, I don’t speak English’. Sound of muffled German and laughter in the background.
I think they might have been taking the piss out if him 😆
