    Not arrested but hopefully sectioned.

I hope all of the people he has injured make a fully recovery.

    NOT BEEN ARRESTED???!!! WTF NOT???!!!

Because you don’t need to be arrested to be investigated, interviewed or prosecuted. Roads Policing officers seldom arrest for traffic offences-offenders are usually reported for summons to court.

They may also choose to arrest him after he leaves hospital-if they arrest him whilst he’s there they’d then have to pay a copper to sit with him in hospital as he’s technically in custody.

“A driver whose car mowed down pedestrians”

are the journalists just avoiding libel here? by saying it’s the car that mowed them down, rather than him?

As the directionally challenged driver has owned up to being at the wheel they can’t be avoiding libel.

Anyway, it’s another fine example of invincible angry terrorist cyclists causing poor harmless car drivers problems again. We’re a proper menace to society we are. Quick, confiscate our deadly machines before we use them to force car drivers to kill again.
