[Closed] Kryptonite lock Anti-Theft offer - without registering?

Highly unlikely, but no harm trying...

Bike stolen last night in London, locked to bike rack using a Kryptonite Evolution S4 U-Lock.

- The lock was not registered with Kryptonite (I know...)
- I have receipt for the lock
- No CCTV (I tried..)
- I don't know the frame number
- I still have the broken lock, and have pics of the bike
- I will have a police report shortly.

The Kryptonite site is fairly clear in saying they will only pay out if you have registered the lock, which I haven't. However, they also say that if you have had a bike stolen and not registered the lock, to get in touch with them anyway.

Has anyone had any luck with this? Anything additional which may help my case?
