Right, I’m trying to sort out my summer riding properly this coming year or it will end up with a day in Wales like it did this year. I’m going to do two weeks in France, the first with family doing the usual face-feeding, beach-sitting sort of thing but then I’m going to find places to ride my bike.

My cousin lives in Ax in the Pyrenees so I was figuring a bit of time there and Vallnord but what else? Should I nip over to the Alps? Northern Spain?

Any ideas?

Thread drift seems to have been affected by the icy conditions and has become more of a thread skid.

In any case, I don’t dislike Wales, I just have an opportunity to ride further afield if I get myself organised.
