  • Is The Trek Remedy Seat-Tube Uninterrupted?

Just looking at the Remedy and noticed on a Fuel Ex that you couldn’t lower a long seatpost all the way down, as the seat-tube was interrupted about half way down on the inside of the seat-tube.

Does anyone know if this is the case with the Remedy too or is it uninterrupted and you can lower a long post to or near the bottom?

    Many Thanks

it’s the same as the ex.
it’s because the sus has a bolt through it.
you can just cut the seat post down if you want it super low. just remember to leave a length equal to the minimum length when you put it up again 😉

I’m thinking they would all have the same design but maybe not.

I was looking at the Remedy’s in general and didn’t have a specific one in mind at this stage.

    Thanks for the help 🙂
